Compass Reframed Reimagining the Identity of Real Estate

Compass, a technology-driven real estate brokerage headquartered in New York City, was founded in 2012 and combines innovative design and advanced technology with a nationwide network of agents to make finding a new home seamless.

Context

Compass Reframed is a brand campaign that targeted a variety of touchpoints, including print, digital, out-of-home, and swag materials.

By employing the simplicity of quadrilaterals—like a door—the design system invites the viewer into the world of luxury real estate in Metro New York.

Print Media

Print advertisements were designed for magazines and newspapers such as Architectural Digest, Vogue, Dwell, The New York Times, and other design-centric print publications.

Digital Media: Social

A suite of social media assets were designed conveying the breadth and diversity of regions, architecture and interior design encompassing Metro New York.

Digital Media: Website Banners

A system of banner ads in a variety of shapes and sizes were designed to drive traffic to compass.com and generate brand awareness.

Out-of Home Activations

A collection of subway and bus shelter posters, NYC taxi tops, LinkNYC kiosks, street banners, and billboards were strategically designed for activation around Metro New York, further flexing the campaign’s visual system and framing Compass’s presence in their flagship region.

Swag Materials

T-shirts, pins, tote bags and more were designed for employees and agents to convey their pride and investment in Compass as a brand and luxury brokerage.
